Robert Hauser

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bob is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has lived and worked in the Charlottesville area for more than 25 years after beginning his real estate career in Northern Virginia. Through a keen understanding of the real estate market, Bob has become a prominent fixture in the Charlottesville real estate development community. He lives in Albemarle County with his wife and family.

 

Mike Ball
Chief Financial Officer

Mike holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Virginia in English and Economics. Prior to joining Bondstone, he was the Vice President, Controller for Gaffney Homes, a Charlottesville/Albemarle based residential construction firm that was awarded Builder Magazine’s America’s Best Builder Award during his time with the organization. Mike is currently a MBA candidate at the Darden School MBA for Executives Program at the University of Virginia. Mike also works in the community as the President of the Blue Ridge Ice Hockey Association, a nonprofit organization promoting ice hockey in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area. He lives in Albemarle County with his wife, Jennifer, and newborn son, Henry.

 

Frank Stoner

Vice President of Business Development

Frank is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, and co-founder of Stonehaus. He served as Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2006 when he resigned to take a nine-month world trip with his wife and children. Prior to founding Stonehaus, he was President of the Wrenson Corporation from 1986 to 1996, developing mixed-use, commercial and residential projects in Central Virginia. He was the founder and managing partner of Kegler’s of Charlottesville from 1988 to 1996. He is a licensed real estate broker with a CCIM designation and a member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. He served as a director for the Charlottesville Area Chamber of Commerce from 1996 to 2001, and in 2003 was awarded by the Chamber as the Small Businessperson of the Year. Frank’s permanent residence is located in Albemarle County with his wife and three children. He returned to Stonehaus in June 2007 and directs business planning and development efforts for the company.

Adam Swartout

Director of Construction

Adam is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree focusing on Construction Management. Prior to joining Stonehaus, he played an integral role in growing the business of a leading General Contracting firm in the Washington D.C. market. During his 13 year career with the firm, he worked his way up to the position of Project Executive. In 2006, Adam received an award from the DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association for Outstanding Project Management. Adam utilizes strong leadership and problem-solving skills to successfully manage construction projects from design through construction. He has a proven track record of partnering with all project stakeholders in order to achieve the goals of each project. Adam lives in Albemarle County with his wife and two children.

Peter Primiani

Director of Portfolio Management

Peter brings more than 20 years of property management, leasing and asset management experience to the company. Prior to joining Stonehaus, he served as Vice President with Koger Equity, a national REIT, in Richmond, Virginia, managing the company’s assets in the market which peaked at one point to 1.2 million sq.ft. Peter is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science. His community involvement includes being a Louisa Lion Club member for the past 20 years, serving as treasurer of the Louisa County Fair for 9 years, serving on the Grymes Memorial School Board of Trustees for 6 years and serving on the Vestry of St. James’ Church in Louisa for 3 years. Peter resides in Louisa County with his wife and three sons.
