Stonehaus is managing the complete rehabilitation and condominium conversion at The Villas at Southern Ridge. Formerly an apartment home community, each of the 240 units in 41 buildings is being renovated to new construction standards. On-site construction management ensures attention to detail as well as control and accountability of all job vendors. In addition to interior rehabilitation of the units, a community clubhouse is being constructed, complete with club room, game room and work out facilities. Sidewalks, street lighting, and landscaping will complete the community.
