This three story office building in the booming Zion Crossroads area was built with stick construction and brick veneer on all four sides. This is the third building of this plan type that Stonehaus has built for the popular real estate company. As general contractor for this project, we successfully navigated significant site constraints to aleviate fire code issues and poor lighting conditions at the rear of the building. While currently operating on well and septic, the building is pre-fitted to tie into city water and sewer when it becomes available.
