Cascadia

The site is currently pastureland and rises from Route 20 up to the boundary with Fontana. The Zoning Map Amendment was approved by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in 2006. Stonehaus's current plan calls for 306 units of mixed product, including townhouses, condominiums, and single family homes. The current vision for the property is to create a neighborhood with a wide range of housing options all focused on the unique views. Cascadia draws upon its proximity to town, Martha Jefferson, Darden Towe Park, and I-64, in combination with a walkable streetscape and low-maintenance housing types.
