The Portfolio Management division provides “hands-on” property
management services to the growing number of properties owned, developed, and managed
by Stonehaus, its partnership LLCs, and an expanding list of third-party owners. From day-to-day operation
of these properties, to providing support to our development team, Portfolio
Management completes our commitment to providing full-service, comprehensively integrated real estate solutions. Our portfolio
of properties under management totals in excess of 690,000 square feet.
We manage properties developed and constructed by Stonehaus as well
as those owned by others. Even
though we may enter the picture after construction in some instances,
our portfolio management team shares the goal of creating great places
to live and work. We don’t just maintain a property, we improve
it by controlling operating costs and increasing rents.
